Agreement
Distance Selling Agreement
The terms under which a JUPITER software licence is sold over the internet. This is a translation for convenience; the sale is made from Türkiye and the Turkish text prevails.

1. Seller
Trading name: Merve Şimşek
Brand: AYARUX
Address: İslambey Mah. Yaman Sk. No: 5-7A, Arnavutköy / İstanbul
Telephone: +90 551 874 26 60
E-mail: [email protected]
Tax office: Küçükköy Vergi Dairesi
Referred to below as the Seller.
2. Buyer
The person or company that requests a licence and pays for it. The Buyer confirms that the name, e-mail and invoicing details given are correct: the licence file is issued against them and the invoice is made out to them.
3. Subject
This agreement covers the sale and electronic delivery of a time-limited licence to use JUPITER, the imposition program developed by the Seller. What is sold is not ownership of the program but the right to use it, for a period, on one computer.
The program itself is downloaded free of charge and runs without a licence; the only thing the licence opens is press-ready PDF output.
4. Product and price
The licence is sold annually or monthly. Current prices are published on the JUPITER download page. Turkish lira prices include VAT.
One licence covers one computer. A second licence in the same business is half price.
The price communicated before the order applies; later price changes do not affect a licence already bought.
5. Payment
Payment is made only by debit or credit card on the website, through the bank's secure virtual POS. Bank transfer is not accepted.
No paid sale or payment will be taken until the bank activates the virtual POS. The payment screen will open on the site once the facility is ready.
The Seller neither sees nor stores card details; the transaction is handled by the bank's virtual POS. Licence renewal is not automatic.
6. Delivery
Delivery is electronic: the licence file is sent to the e-mail address given by the Buyer. Nothing is shipped and no delivery charge is made.
The licence is issued against the machine code the Buyer supplies. The code is shown under Settings → Licence and belongs to that computer; without it no licence can be produced.
Once the card payment has been approved and the machine code is known, the licence file is sent within one business day at the latest.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods performed and delivered instantly in electronic form. The licence file falls within that exception and cannot be returned once delivered.
This is why the program is meant to be tried first: JUPITER can be used free for 14 days, and the trial produces real output — it only carries a “DENEME” (trial) stamp. The Buyer can see the program working on their own job before paying for it.
This clause does not cover faults on the Seller's side; those are set out in the delivery and returns terms.
8. Scope and term
The licence is valid for the period bought, annual or monthly. When it expires the program keeps running; the only thing that closes is press-ready output.
Renewal is not automatic and no card details are stored. The Seller sends a reminder before the licence expires and the Buyer renews if they wish.
Copying the licence file, transferring it to someone else, or attempting to circumvent the program's copy protection voids the licence.
9. Invoice
The invoice is issued after payment, using the details given by the Buyer, and sent by e-mail.
10. Personal data
The name, e-mail and invoicing details collected during the sale are processed only to issue the licence, to raise the invoice and to meet statutory record-keeping duties. See the Privacy Policy for details.
11. Governing law
Turkish law applies. For buyers who are consumers, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. For buyers purchasing for commercial or professional purposes, the courts and enforcement offices at the Seller's place of business have jurisdiction.
12. Effect
By paying, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted this agreement in full. The agreement is treated as performed once the licence has been delivered.
