Delivery and Returns

What is sold is a file: a licence of a few kilobytes. Nothing is shipped and no delivery charge is made. The file is sent to the e-mail address given with the order.

The installer itself is separate from the licence and open to everyone — it is downloaded free from ayarux.com/download.

Within one business day of the card payment being approved and the machine code being supplied. In practice it goes out the same day.

That window is the result of manual work, not a delay: the key that signs licences is never placed on a server, so the file is produced and sent by a person.

The licence is issued against the computer it will run on. Without the short code shown under Settings → Licence, the file cannot be produced.

If you change computers the licence is reissued against the new machine code at no extra charge. Running it on two computers at once needs a second licence, which is half price.

With a product that carries no right of withdrawal (see below), this is the only sensible order. JUPITER runs free for 14 days; the trial does real imposition and writes real output, with the word “DENEME” struck across it.

Run your own job, with your own press measurements. If the program does not do what your shop needs, you find that out before paying.

The licence file is an intangible good delivered instantly in electronic form. Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for such goods: once the file has been delivered it cannot be returned and the price is not refunded.

If your card payment has been approved but the licence file has not yet been sent, you may cancel the order and the full amount is returned to the card used for payment.

No right of withdrawal does not mean you have to accept a faulty product. If the licence file does not open on your computer, or the program does not recognise it, we first try to fix it: the file is reissued and, if needed, we look at the machine with you.

If the fault is ours and cannot be resolved in reasonable time, the amount paid is refunded to the card used for payment.

Buying the program in the belief that it does something it does not do is not covered — that is exactly what the trial is for.

The invoice is issued after payment and sent by e-mail. Send us your invoicing details before paying and that is enough.

When the licence expires the program is not removed and does not shut down: imposition, diagrams, preflight and costing keep working. The only thing that closes is press-ready output.

Renewal is not automatic and no card details are stored. A reminder is sent before the licence expires.
